Flip out Roll back

This technique resembles the Half Pivot roll back, only this time we replace the pivot with a more explosive Flip out.

 

1. Start in the Backhand grip, open position.
2. Begin the move by executing a Flip out.

4. Completed the Flip out position to a Forward grip.

5. From there, pivot backward and…………

7. ………roll…………….

9. ……up and over……………
